FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Just give us a call and someone from our team will gladly assist you and give you a rundown of what requirements are needed for our programs.

IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO IMPROVE MY CREDIT SORE?

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE REMOVED?

This is a somewhat tricky question. First of all, we can't tell you upfront that ANY item can or will be removed from our client's credit reports. Just like all legally compliant credit repair companies, all we can guarantee to remove are the inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable items. A lot of times, these items are on most people's reports and can do a great deal of harm to their credit score.

WILL THE REMOVED ITEMS EVER COME BACK?

No, as long as the item is current or paid at the time of removal or the collection is older than four years, it usually will not be reported again though there are rare circumstances where items deleted from your credit reports can reappear on your credit reports even after the dispute process has been completed. This practice is referred to in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) as "reinsertion."

DOES A CHARGE OFF MEAN, I'M NOT REQUIRED TO PAY THE

REMAINING BALANCE?

WILL 100% OF ALL MY NEGATIVE ITEMS BE REMOVED?

We have been 100% successful on multiple occasions, but most of the time our average success rate is around 70%.

WHAT ITEMS CAN YOU HELP ME REMOVE OR IMPROVE?

With our assistance and document processing, our clients have had great success with bankruptcies, foreclosures, collections, repossessions, medical bills, credit card debt, inquiries, late payments, old addresses, judgments, tax liens, short sales, and student loans.

HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO RECOVER FROM BANKRUPTCY?

IS CREDIT REPAIR LEGAL?

Yes, credit training is legal and our credit education and document processing will help you use the law in your favor. That law is called “The Fair Credit Reporting Act” The FCRA gives you the right to dispute any time in your credit report. If that cannot be verified within a reasonable time (usually 30 days) it must be removed. Studies have shown that 79% of all credits contain errors. This is nearly 8 out of 10 reports. Therefore most credit reports improve immediately. For items that disputed they are not errors, a creditor or furnisher is often unable to find record or signed documents within the allotted time and items get removed. Sometimes the furnisher will say it has been verified by not offering proof.

HOW MUCH WILL MY CREDIT SCORE GO UP?

No matter how much we would like to answer that, there is simply no way we can give you a solid response. There are so many factors involved in the credit scoring model; the biggest variable being the "human factor". We cannot know or control what you're gonna be doing during the process. You might max out credit cards, apply for a new one, maybe get a judgment placed, or just about a hundred other things that may affect the outcome of your service. Please do take note that we, T and T, are only hired to assist you in removing the items from your existing credit report that you require us to work on. The score change is simply a byproduct of our service.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM OTHER COMPANIES?

WHEN SHOULD I SEE RESULTS?

Some see results in as little as 30 days. Others typically within 45 to 60 days. On an ongoing basis, you should see results each month you are in the program depending on the severity of your credit situation. You will have online access to our software thru a portal where you will be able to track your dispute results.

WHY DO RESULTS DIFFER?

Our company uses the consumer protection laws to their fullest extent on your behalf. Sometimes credit bureaus, creditors and collection agencies provide what the law requires and sometimes they don’t. We are completely thorough every time in enforcing your rights but credit bureaus, collection agencies and creditors are inconsistent which is why the results vary.

IS ANY OF THIS WORTH MY TIME OR MONEY?

Contrary to what credit bureaus want you to believe, credit training does work in most circumstances. But it only if you are getting the best advice from an experienced professional. Anyone with a credit score below 720 can benefit long-term from the advice and information provided through our financial solutions education. However, there are limiting factors that will prevent us from helping you. Two main factors are (1) your financial situation and/or (2) the time frame which you need to reach your results.
